We can follow this model for assessment and treatment.

It’s a hollistic model- physical, psychological and social components.
Doesn’t just focus on impairement.

Body structure and function (impairment)
Activity and Participation (limitations and restrictions)
Environmental factors e.g. family support
Personal factors e.g. reactions, personality etc.
