Admit if-
Under 6/12 and acutely ill. 
Sig DIB eg apnoea, parox, cyanosis. 
Sig complic eg seiz, pneum. 
If dont need to admit-
Abx if cough onset under 21 days- clarithromycin
Rest, fluids, parac, ibup.
