  • splint, closed reduction/manipulation under anaesthesia
  • plaster

Operative

  • K wires + manipulation under anaesthesia
  • open reduction int fixation
  • ext fixation

Within 2cm of radiocarpal joint

Shortened/impacted
Dorsal displacement and angulation
Radial deviation - due to pull of brachioradialis
