The officers requested EMS over the air. Ambulance A14D (with EMTs Snoop and A’Loop) arrived on scene to evaluate the victim

The officers requested Detectives to the scene. The K804 (Horan) and the K802 (Cutone) responded for photos

The officers arrested the suspect (Styles) under MGL 209A and charged him with ASSAULT AND BATTERY (265/13M)

The officer allowed the suspect to call his friend Taylor Lautner so he could come retrieve the motorcycle

A CJIS query reveaked that neither the suspect (Styles) or the victim (Earhart) had any restraining orders or warrants active against them.

Officers advised the victim of her rights under MGL C. 209A and read and provided her a copy of the Abuse Law Card in hand. Officers complied with all duties and responsibilities under Section 6 of MGL C. 209A

The officers requested an additional unit to the scene. The K202D (Stewart?Driscoll) arrived on scene to assist.

Ambulance A14D transported the victim to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for further evaluation.

The K202D (Stewart/Driscoll) transported Lautner to the district station for booking

The motor vehicle was towed by Brighton Towing tow slip #JTS230952. Form 2012 was completed. Tow line notifed (Pippen)

The suspect was issued a citation for EXPIRED REGISTRATION
