Salary

Strengths
My greatest strength is my ability to work with many different people. I enjoy learning from everyone I meet, and in this position I believe that will enhance my ability to perform on the team.
weakness
I have sometimes struggled with delegating tasks because I like to ensure that everything is done perfectly.
I realized that this was not sustainable and began to work on trusting my team more. I’ve been focusing on clearly communicating expectations and providing the necessary training and resources for my team members. As a result, I’ve seen a marked improvement in team performance and overall project success, and I’ve become more comfortable with delegation.
Tell me about yourself
I possess a strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scurm, SAFe, Waterfal with PMP & SSM certification. I bring 10+ years of expertise as project manager to this position.
In my previous role as project manager at Elektrobit, I have successfully led numerous projects from initiation to completion. I was responsible for planning, budget and roadmap. I intensively communicated with different stakeholders. I have strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from clients to internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Meanwhile I worked as an Agile Scrum Master, I successfully led the implementation of Agile practices across multiple teams. for example I support my agile teams with 8 members to achieve ASPICE assessment Level 2 for project management, change management, requirement management and etc.
From 2014 to 2017, I was employed as in China and responsible for managering the customer project on time, on cost and on quality.
In German, I worked as a test engineer at the software development department of AREVA in Germany for more than 6 years.
