-Trunk: ext
-WB on forearms

-UE: hands together in midline
-LE: hip and knee flexion, heels together
-Head: chin tuck
-decreased ATNR
-Head righting to contra side of lean (strongest)
3 Months Posture: Pull to Sit
Pull to sit:
-Asymmetric head lifting; flexors working inconsistently
3 Months Posture: Sitting
Sitting:
-head IN midline; shoulder elevation; cervical ext
-Flexion in trunk, not enough extension
2 Months Posture: Supine
Supine:
-UE: inc ER
-LE: dec hip flx/ABD/ER
-Head: increased rotation (ATNR)
2 Months Posture: Prone
Prone:
-UE: less flx and more shoulder ABD
-LE: pelvis closer to surface
-Head: able to lift 45deg
-WB on elbows, elbows behind shoulders
1 Month Posture: Supported Sitting
Supported Sitting:
-head forward
-C curved spine
2 Months Posture: Standing
Standing:
-does not accept weight; primary standing integrated
-Stepping may be integrated

-symmetry and balanced control
-midline orientation of head and eyes

-scapular adduction w/ trunk extension (WB)
-Hip ext and inc APT
-Head and chest lifted
