What is the process for completing Operator inspection guide trouble reports?

A
  1. Issued with pre-start MRC by Dispatch prior to issuing trip ticket.
  2. Must be completed per directions and returned to yardboss.
  3. Yardboss will review and determine deficiencies.
  4. All safety deficiencies warrant immediate repairs.
  5. Repair/maintenance will be completed.
  6. If no repairs required, a trip ticket DD Form 1970 may be issued.
