Ondansetron 4mg Oral

• repeat 4mg @ 5-10 min
• max 8mg

OR

Ondansetron 8mg IV

If contra to ondans

Prochlorperazine 12.5mg IM

2. Long QT syndrome
3. hypokalaemia, hypomagnesia
4. Concurrent use of Apomorphine use

4. Circulatory collapse
5. CNS depression

1. pts with liver disease should not recieve more that 8mg per day
2. care should be taken with patients on diuretics who may have underlying electrolyte imbalance
3. Concurrent useof tramadol
4. pregnancy
