Q

What was the treaty of Versailles

A
- Treaty of Versailles was signed by Germany and the Allied Nations on June 28, 1919, ending World War One. The treaty required that Germany pay financial reparations, disarm, lose territory,(Rhineland) and give up all of its overseas colonies.
Reducing the army to 100 000 men
and taking land from Germany,
especially the Rhineland, greatly
reduced morale.

Forcing responsibility upon the
Germans for starting the War was also
painful.

But the most disastrous condition was
the war reparations they had to
pay—a big fine.
But Germany said ah hell nah

The need for his lebensraum(land necessary for development) made it necessary for him to have land. He chose Poland.
