  1. Motor : Triceps Brachii and Posterior (Extensor) Compartment of Forearm - Unopposed Flexion of Wrist = Wrist-Drop.
  2. Sensory Loss over Radial Nerve Distribution (Dorsal Lateral 3.5 Fingers).

  1. Very High Lesions : Impingement e.g. Crutches, Saturday Night Palsy.
  2. High Lesions : Humeral Shaft Fracture.
