  2. Neoplasms.
  3. Disc Hernation.
  4. Demyelination.
  5. Infection/Inflammation.

Below Level of Injury :

  1. Ipsilateral Hemiplegia.
  2. Ipsilateral Loss of Propriception and Vibration.
  3. Contralateral Loss of Pain and Temperature Sensation.

  1. Treat Underlying Cause.
  2. Surgery Intervention if Foreign Object, CSF Leakage, Infection or Compression.
  3. Medical - Infective, Inflammatory, Demyelinating.
  4. Surgical - Compression.
