The response to the virus caused more damage than the virus
Reading - how does it make you successful?
Being selective in what you read and actually applying the knowledge is most likely what separates the successful from the reading addicts.
I am certain that there are many librarians and academics who do vast amounts of reading but haven’t reached any significant level of success in life beyond a traditional career.
Reading is important but results are in the actions we take, not just what we learn in books.
Mathew 7-7 verse from bible. Not religious but do believe in this.
Knock (and keep knocking) and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks (and keeps on asking) receives. He who seeks (and keeps on seeking) finds. To him who knocks (and keeps on knocking) the door will be opened.
Essentially, god loves to answer our prayers and give us what we seek.

I’m spiritual but not religious. Closest categorization is theism.
Theism - belief in the existence of a god or gods, especially belief in one god as creator of the universe, intervening in it and sustaining a personal relation to his creatures.
