How will a constant leak rate display on ERFDADS?

A

Conclusion
Assuming that SPDS1737 (linear regression time) is set for 450 seconds, a constant leak rate will
display as follows during the first 7.5 minutes on SPDS5047:
* Actual leak rate will exceed indicated leak rate.
* The slope of indicated leak rate vs. time on SPDS5047 trend will be almost constant (leak
rate trend resembles a straight line).
* 7.5 minutes later, indicated leak rate will level out.

How will a degrading leak rate display on ERFDADS?

A

A degrading leak rate will display as follows on SPDS5047:
* Actual leak rate will exceed indicated leak rate.
* If the leak stabilizes and then indicated leak rate will level out 7.5 minutes after stabilization.
* The slope of indicated leak rate vs. time on SPDS5047 trend will be constantly increasing
(leak rate trend resembles an exponential).

Following a Reactor Trip, how long will ERFDADS alarms be silenced?

A

Following a Reactor trip, all alarms will be disabled for 2 minutes. After this time, any points still in an alarm condition will begin to alarm and will require silencing.
