  1. Opposite of Colle’s fracture
    *falling on a flexed hand
    *angulation will be at the back of the hand

What is the reduction technique?

A
  1. Recreates a hyperflexed wrist deformity
  2. There will be traction applied to the hand
  3. Wrist and distal fragment are manipulated into extension and radial deviation to correct dorsal and radial displacement
