What to do before turning power on
Make sure you measure temp INITAL
Why will shc be larger than usual
Because heat energy will not all transfer and some will discard away , so it seems like more energy is needed to raise temp
Also take into account for lagging temp, stir, give time to reach temp, so keep at same power or whatever
What to ensure about the heater
Ensure all of the heater is inside

MEHTOD
Put ice in a funnel, connect heater inside , clamp it, let it melt and collect beaker and measure mass
Why do we need a control
As there will be liquid melted due to power of surroundings, don’t lack for this

Use gradient idea, or just CHNAGE in mass idea
How to find latent vaporisation
Heater inside some water with a condenser water in water out to see how much mass is thEre
Maybe mass lost instead.. as might take time for the liquid to condense
