When you transfer controls in the simulator, you’re often on approach and it’s important to instruct the other Pilot on what you would like them to do with the aircraft after you transfer controls. This could include Plan B/no time bucket actions. Or just getting the Ades talking to the flight, attendants, etc..

What items need to be confirmed before taking action when doing ECAM? 
Also, what’s important about a guarded switch? 

A

Moving thrust lever, (if engine produce in thrust), any guarded switch, master switch, Adiru.
Don’t raise the guard before asking confirm. Just point to the Guarded switch and say confirm?

Approach to stall training, use what in recovery when you told to recover or hear stall?

A

Upset recover, UPRT training: push, roll, power, stabilize
Did not use enough forward. Stick on my recovery. Looking for 1/2 G: well below that.

Did poorly with go arounds. In particular with altitude hold goarounds. What should set procedure be? 

A

Altitude hold and auto pilot on. Now take your time. set FCU. Reply to a ATC. brief other Pilot on actions (including open climb, or toga bump ) and ask are you ready or any questions? Then say call “go around flaps” to initiate maneuver.
