Aerodrome flight information service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the sage and efficient conduct of flights in the vicinity of the aerodrome
qualified vs condition clearance take off and landing
Qualified clearances can be given for takeoff and landing.
Conditional clearances only used for departing aircraft.
Expedite vacating or take first left acknowledgement
Comply without acknowledgement
Parallel runway operation requirements
Visibility must be more than 5km.
Both aircraft are on the same frequency with aerodrome control.
Operations are permitted day only
Wind weight factor in takeoff performance, and runway length for takeoff and landing
only 50% head wind to be used, 150% tail wind to be used (take off and landing).
Calculated takeoff distance must not exceed 85% available distance published in operational data of Vol 4.
Calculated landing distance (over 50ft obstacle) must bring aeroplane to complete stop within 85% available distance published in operational data of Vol4.
