Resilience scale
Early experiences change lifelong health
Positive supports increase the likelihood of lifelong health and wellness
Building resilience
Not everyone starts with the same resilience
The fulcrum represents the genetic starting position for resilience
Serve-and-return and supportive relationships can shift the position of the fulcrum over time
