Because I want to be a teacher. I have always wanted to be a teacher because I have had good ones. I also really like school and like to learn.

Because it’s a good fit for me. I have always gone to small, private schools because that’s the best way for me to learn. It’s easier to pay attention, have help when I need it and to make new friends. Beacon is my style.

I was a volunteer reading tutor for young kids that had English as a second language.

I have been chosen to be an intern this summer at two places.
