How is Tokaji Aszu produced?

A

*The grape are left on the vine to be attacked by botrytis cinerea! And are called (Aszu grape) then lightly pressed,with the reminder pressed into paste!
*The amount of Aszu berries used determines the sweetness of the final wine.
