some common causes of acute pancreatitis
GALLSTONE, ALCOHOLISM,, ERCP procedure, drugs, infection, hyperglycemia, structural abnormalities, surgery, hypercalcemia

- viral myocarditis (coxsackie B)
- peripartum cardiomyopathy
- alcohol abuse
- chronic supraventricular tachycardias
- cardiotoxic drugs (eg, doxorubicin)

what is osler-weber-rendu syndrome
- hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia
- autosomal dominant
- telangiectasia in skin, lips, oronasopharynx, respiratory tract, GI tract, and urinary tract
- rupture can cause epistaxis, GI bleed, hematuria
symptoms of rheumatic fever
