1mcg/kg slow IV/IO/IN max single dose 100 mcg, repeat after 10 minutes
>65- 0.5mcg/kg slow IV/IO/IN max single dose 50 mcg, repeat in 5 minutes

Pedi:
1-2mcg/kg slow IV/IO/IN
