How do you treat acute coronary syndromes?

A
Aspirin 300mg (oral, crushed or chewed)
Nitroglycerine (tablet or spray)
Oxygen
Pain relief (IV morphine or diamorphine)
Anti emetic
Further treatment: thrombolysis or coronary angiography and stenting
