Assess airway for patency

Fluid challenge = 500ml bolus crystalloid (30mls per kg per hour)
Full blood work up
?blood transfusion 
Cardiac monitor and ECG
Bladder scan and catheterise
Ultrasound and ascites tap
Put in a wide bore cannula
