Pentecostal focuses on experience of worshipper and gifts from spirit (Acts 2) ‘ they were filled with the holy spirit and began to speak in tongues’
Pentecostal services include speaking in tongues, healing etc

Rise of pentecostalism in southern hemisphere
500,00 christians who attend black majority churches in UK
These churches are seen as sign of hope- prevent decline

missionary= person sent on religious mission

In past British sent to convert those in colonised countries
As brits have become more secular, countries from southern hemisphere have seen opportunity to do missionary work in UK

Tasks may include: fundays, sports etc to persuade local population
