Koshihikari Rice
A premium short-grain rice from Japan (grown also in California’s Sacramento Delta), prized for its sweetness, chewiness, and glossy texture

Edible plants with thick, water-retaining leaves; taste ranges from mildly salty (ice plant) to slightly sour (aptenia)
