Denying a job to someone solely on the basis of whether the person is a man or a woman

Level to which women and minorities me rise in a company but beyond which they may not go

Metaphorical construct describing that women’s leadership positions can be risky or precarious and thus have a higher responsibility of feel you’re the men’s as they are often appointed to critical positions only in times of organizational crisis or are not given the resources and support needed to succeed

Denying a job or promotion to someone solely on the basis of age
Career plateauing
Either a lock a promotional opportunity from the organization or a person’s decision not to seek advancement
