A
They lack support and are thin walled

Worse with prolonged standing… Better with elevation

What are venous stasis ulcers?
A
Severe varicosities resulting in skin ulcer, may have some ankle edema

What is the conservative tx?
A
Leg elevation and elastic compression stockings
