A

A player may be presented with new information/ presented with a new form of activity so they can question their current attitude and be motivated to change it

A performer believes β€œI hate fitness training” (affective),
but the coach shows that their performance improves after each session (cognitive),
which leads them to commit to training more regularly (behavioural change).
