A

Attraction-Selection-Attrition Framework; Proposed processes by which person-organization fit increases over time.

  1. ) Individuals seek jobs in organizations that fit their vocational goals -> take jobs that best fit those goals -> Quit if better-fitting alternatives arise.
  2. ) Organizations recruit job applicants with desired capabilities ->hire those identified as the most qualified -> and dismiss them if/when they fail to meet expectations.
