1. The reduction in staffing causes the truck to be taken out of service AND the hospital is within the trucks first run area.
2. The truck is still in service and the hospital is within the trucks first run area. The truck will remain in service available for a call.
3. Should circumstances fall outside the scope of this SOG the DC has the authority to make arrangements that are most expedient and efficient.
   * Subject to approval by Communications

Bottom copy to the driver, remaining copies to the captain who will forward to admin.
*captains shall ensure a supply of vouchers are kept in the station and in the apparatus in the metal filing binder
