Tracking Out Of Service Activities - When a vehicle is unavailable to respond to emergency calls, the officer will:

Answer 1

1. Immediately report to Comms that the vehicle is unavailable and the location of the vehicle
2. Comms will create an “out of service” (OOS) incident at the specified location
3. When the vehicle/crew is available the officer will contact Comms and they will remove the vehicle from out of service
4. The officer will complete the incident report with the response type “O out of service repsonse” - with truck/crew info AND FD activity remarks

Tracking Out Of Service Activities - Incident report for OOS calls must include the following:
