Method:

A
  • place tissue sample on the microscope slide
  • add few drops of suitable stain
  • Lower a coverslip onto the tissue
  • place slide on the microscope slide and focus using low power
  • change to high power and focus
  • Draw types of cells that are observed
  • Add scale line to diagram
