  • Desde que FC > 110 bpm OU PAS < 90 mmHg
  • Uso nas primeiras 3 horas do trauma.
  • 1g IV em bolus (10min) + 1g IV ao longo de 8 horas.

Meta de Hb de 7 (9 a 10 em TCE). 
PAM acima de 50 (80 a 90 se TCE).

ABC score e Trauma index positivos - Idade entre 18 e 80 anos - Não gestante - Sem relato de PCR - ISS entre 15 e 45 = PTM 2:1:1
