Q

Vad är det grundläggande syftet med EEA?

A

Q

What is truly important in the EEA methodology?

A
  • Integration –> makes a method successful
  • Multi-functional tema
  • Done in early phases with low-quality data and is time efficient
  • Easy to learn and use
  • Life cycle perspective
  • Marketing aspects is important because it cant only focus on the environmental aspects

Q

How is EEA a ramping up process?

A

You start with low knowledge and no data. In the beginning the knowledge increases rapidly. Over time you build in data in the process and understand what type of data you need. Continuely improving.
KUNSKAPEN OM PRODUKTEN ÖKAR FÖR VARJE CYKEL. Den ständigt ökade kunskapen om produkten underlättar analysen vilket ökar säkerheten i analyserna som görs. Kan ses som produktgeneration. Varje generation tar med kunskap in i nya generationen.

12
Q

What happens in the first step - preperations?

A

You make a goal and scope definition with time and system boundaries.

You create the EEA-team

Introduction of product related environmental demands (authority, market and internal)

13
Q

What happends in the second step - Inventory?

A

You do an inventory of the product’s life cycle. Here you use the EEA form to search for activities and environmental effect/aspects.

14
Q

What is the SIO 1-3 method?

A

You evaluate in the EEA form to following criteria:

  • Controlling document
  • Public Image
  • Environmental consequences.

Each criteria gets a point from 1-3 –> EPN number

16
Q

What is improvement possibility?

A

The possibility of improvements on the different factors of the activities. Such as available techniques, cost and time. Each activity gets a improvement possibility point from 1-9 where 9 stands for very large improvement possibility

17
Q

What is the point of SIO 1-3 and improvement possibility?

A

To find the hot spots

18
Q

Where does SIO 1-3 and improvement possibility occur in the EEA method?

A

In analysis

19
Q

What happends more happends in step 3 - analysis?

A

You leave proposals for action for the hot spots

20
Q

What happends in step 4 - implementation?

A

You implement the proposals for action

21
Q

What happends in step 5 - follow up?

A

You follow up on the implemented actions.
