  • Neoplastic: tumours

Nephrotic syndrome = PROTEINuria

Nephritic syndrome = HAEMATuria

A
  • BEDSIDE: BP, urine dipstick, 24hr urine collection for creatinine clearance
  • BLOODS: FBC, U&Es, LFTs, Lipid, Complement, antibodies
  • IMAGING: US, renal biopsy- to ID which subset of GN it is
