Definition

Break in lining of stomach/upper GI tract

Types of ulcer

Gastric

Nausea and Vomiting

Sometimes- anorexia + weight loss

Early satiety

Tiredness

Signs

Epigastric tenderness

Pointing sign- can point to exactly where pain is

Conjunctival pallor- anaemia

Investigations + results
