A

A

A

Cost effective
Large amounts of data quickly
Completed without researcher present
Straight forward to analyse can lead to statistical analysis and comparison made using graphs

What are some limitations of questionnaires ?

A

Responses may not always be truthful
Respondents may be keen to present them in a positive light and this may influence their answers.
Social desibirality bias
Response bias - respondents reply in similar way
Because they might Of been filling it out quickly and didn’t read questions properly

A

Tendency to agree with items on a questionnaire regardless of the content of the question
