What does ADF investigation require

What are the four classification levels

A

Aviation safety occur
Any occurrence which adversely affects or could adversely affect the safety or airworthiness of an aviation system, or safety of third parties

4 level

  • Class A - DFSB to investigate
  • Class B - investigator must be independent of the incident unit, eg DFSB
  • Class C - investigation officer appointed
  • Class D - possible investigation
