Q

Sulfonylurea drugs - MOA

A

1) Inh ATP-sensitive potassium channels, activation of pulsatile insulin secretion. No effect on basal insulin secretion.
2) Decreasing glucagon secretion by ⇑ insulin and pancreatic somatostatin secretion.
