Miswiring of regenerated caranial nerve fibres post injury
Most common in CN3- After trauma, aneurysm but not ischaemia

A
Pseudo - Grafes = Lid elevates on downgaze
Lid gaze dykeness = Lid moves with eye movement
Pupil gaze dykeness = pupil moves with downsize

A
Suggests prior compresive lesion (aneurysm) not microvascular cause
