Tendon sheath abnormalities

Management

A

If BSV in primary position then left alone

surgery only if decompensation in primary position- acquired cases may require underlying aetiology be treated

conservative - observe and cortical steroids

surgery - split tendon lenghtening, tenectomy sup oblique
