1 EOM involved = Paratic in muscle action, mechanical in other

Orbital image= swollen eye

peri ocular redness and swelling

Self limiting - 4-8 weeks and responds well to cortical steroids

PX made comfy with prism while waiting

occlusion

Botox / surgery if remains persistant
