Canulate, FBC/uria & electrolytes (kidney function), Blood cultures, ABG’s, Fluid bolus (titrate to response as per guidelines)

Conscious level AVPU (alert? responding to voice? Responding to pain? Unresponsive?), BGL, pupil size reaction, pain assessment

Correct/treat blood glucose, recovery position, ensure airway patent, pain control
(Exposure) Assessment
Perform head to toe examination

Check for blood loss, excessive fluid drainage, abdo distension, rashes, calf swelling
