di cangkang :
coporpirin = coklat kemerahan
orpirin = coklat (corhodein)
oocyan = hijau kebiruan
Pigmen empedu biliverdin = hijau pada cangkang telur

A

→ eritrofor - merah oranye
→ xantofor - kuning
→ linkofor - putih

Proses Pembusukan Ikan

A

Ikan mati → enzim tubuh ikan aktif degradasi tubuh ikan → jadi substansi sederhana → bakteri (isi perut, insang, kulit) berkembang biak → bakt pembusuk memproduksi prodak sulfur (bau ga enak dan beracun) → bentuk ikan berubah

Perubahan pH pre rigor sekitar 7 → fase rigormortis pH 6,5 (dah busuk)
