Served with: roasted garlic aioli, topped with chives.

3 oz USDA prime NY strip
Tartare vin: Dijon mustard, honey, Tabasco, truffle oil, worcheshire, Sherry, shallots, pickles, capers, chopped parsley, salt & pepper. ground to order
Garnish: Quail egg, (9) crostini slices

(Wonton wrappers w/goat cheese, egg, basil, garlic, salt & pepper)
Sauce: Chicken stock, white wine, garlic, butter, shiitake & SD tomatoes
Garnish: Goat cheese, basil, white truffle oil & chives.

(6) hard boiled egg white halves filled with: egg yolk, truffle oil, Mayo, cream, lemon juice, fry mustard, salt & pepper.
Garnish: Black truffle slices, caviar, minced chives

4.5 oz jumbo lump crab meat, lightly crusted w/ panko crumbs, pan-seared to a golden brown. Placed on top of house-made horseradish mustard aioli served with kale, pickled fennel & celery leaf salad, tossed in EVOO, lemon zest, lemon rye, chopped parsley, salt & pepper.

Ahi Tuna Tartare
3 oz chilled/diced ahi tuna tossed in soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, stacked as tower with avocado tossed in lime juice, wasabi drizzle & fried wontons in ginger ponzu sauce.
Garnish: sour cream, pickled ginger, toasted sesame seeds, scallions
