two relaxation techniques
centering and progressive muscular relaxation (PMR)
what is PMR
tense muscle, relax muscle.
centering
focus your breathing in a particular way. breathing from centre of gravity. combines breathing with key words. it is a mind-to-muscle relaxation technique.
