- twice daily paediatric low-dose ICS + SABA as needed
- decide if child suitable for MART or not

- 8-12 weeks of twice daily paediatric low-dose ICS + SABA

A
bronchodilator therapy (SABA) if not controlled refer to hospital
steroids for 3-5 days
