It’s a dietary plan for endurance athletes, using starch-rich foods such as pasta. ​The starch increase the amount of glycogen in the muscles and allowing the slow release of energy when competing

Vitamin A – found in milk, fish, egg and cheese. Used for healthy eyesight.​
