A bone that provides stability and some movement, such as the carpals

A bone that protect internal organs, such as the vertebrae
What is the role of tendons?
Connect bones to muscles
What is the role of cartilage?
The lubricant joints and ensure bones do not rub together
What are ligaments
Ligaments are tough elastic fibers that link muscle to muscle
Name and described the three types of muscles
Skeletal - Voluntary muscle that allow shape and control
Involuntary - No control, found in the intestine
Cardiac - No control, found in the heart
Describe and give and example of antagonist muscles
Muscles that work together as one contracts the other relaxes such as the tricep and bicep
